We are exceptionally proud of our amazing team of guides at Marmot Tours. Each and every one of them is enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. They are the frontline of our company and their experience, skills and professionalism ensure our clients have the very best road cycling holiday experience there is.

Founded in 2003 as a multi-activity holiday company under the watchful eye of James Thompson, Marmot Tours has evolved over the years to become a specialist in the provision of perfectly organised and excellently supported road cycling holidays. We leave no stone unturned in the preparation of our road cycling tours, and whilst our product is group holidays, our focus is very much on the individual.

We rely on our superb guide team to bring the highest level of friendliness, inclusivity, organisation, professionalism and fun to our Marmot Tours holidays.

Our remuneration package has been developed to reward loyalty and experience within our guiding team. We have both Guides and Lead Guides in our team, depending on experience and aspirations.
